1 is the highest priority. *** There is no limit on the number of entries you can submit, except that you are limited to 2 large bed quilts.. *** However, if there are too many quilts submitted for the display space available, some entries will be withdrawn from the main categories, lower priorities first, and equitably among all members with multiple entries. You are guaranteed acceptance of your top priority main category entry and your top priority entry in each special category. The decisions of the registrar will be final.

Written critique?
For a charge of $10 per entry, an experienced member of the Guild will provide a written critique of your item. The critiques will be completed by mid-June. Instructions for payment are at the top of the page.

The main categories (every category except President's Challenge, Touch and Youth) will be judged by a Canadian Quilters Association accredited judge and ribbons will be awarded. If you do not want your entry judged, check the box below.

How was your entry quilted? A stationary machine includes any machine where the quilt is moved by the operator and the machine does not move. A track system has a long-arm or mid-arm machine that is moved on tracks while the quilt remains stationary. These systems can be computer-controlled, where the machine is not moved by the operator, or hand-controlled, where it is moved by the operator
