Thank you for sharing your talent during our Philippine Independence Day Picnic  on June 14, 2026 @ Vancouver Lake! To help everything run smoothly, please review the following guidelines:

1. All performers must register in advance through the official sign-up form. Performance slots are limited and subject to approval by the committee.
2. Performances should be family-friendly and appropriate for all ages. Avoid inappropriate attire, offensive language, themes, or gestures.
3. Bring your own music files (USB/phone) and ensure they are ready before your set. Basic sound system will be provided. Special equipment requests must be communicated in advance.
4. Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled performance time. Check in with the event coordinator upon arrival.
5. Keep setup and breakdown quick and simple. Performers are responsible for their own props and personal belongings.
6. Be respectful of fellow performers, volunteers, and staff. Follow directions from event organizers at all times.
7. If you can’t make it, please notify us as soon as possible so we can adjust the schedule.
8. Performances may be photographed or recorded for nonprofit promotion. Let us know in advance if you have any concerns.
9. The organization is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
