IDAAS Request for Funding Form
The cycle deadlines for 2019-2020 are: 9/30/19, 10/28/19, 12/2/19, 2/10/20, 3/9/20, and 4/6/20. Submissions for events happening after the nearest cycle deadline will not be considered. For full consideration, completed fund request forms must be submitted before the cycle deadlines noted above and your event date is at least two (2) weeks after the appropriate cycle deadline. Decisions will be made by the IDAAS programming committee within a week of the cycle deadline. Applicants will be notified of the committee’s decision by email. Approved requests will include the approved amount and procedures for paying honorarium and requesting reimbursements. Please complete the form below. All fields are required.

Please allow a week after the deadline to get a response to your request. If your request has been approved, you will be asked to complete an Event Evaluation within 3 weeks of the event. The event evaluation needs to be completed before funds are disbursed. Should you need to follow up on your request or provide receipts, please reply to the confirmation email you have received.
