While you may be used to seeing our Master Gardener volunteers offering in-person advice at local farmer’s markets, our plant clinics have temporarily moved online. Experienced gardeners from Fairfax County Master Gardeners and Green Spring Master Gardeners are hosting online, video plant clinics three times each week. Anyone with lawn or garden questions is welcome to join our virtual plant clinics.

Each clinic begins with a short presentation on a gardening topic by one of our Master Gardeners. The rest of each session will address our guests’ specific questions.

Registration is easy and allows guests to ask their questions in advance. While our Master Gardeners will address pre-submitted questions first, we then will open the floor for additional questions. No specific question? No problem! Registered guests are welcome just to listen in. Photos are encouraged! Guests looking for a plant identification or with questions about a pest, disease, or damage are asked to submit good quality photos when they register.
