All members receive a copy of Marx's Wage, Labour and Capital (designed and edited by the executive), a die-struck enamel and brass pin, and an annual print subscription to the Society's newsletter, The Commonweal.

Members of the Society may also participate in the governance of their regional Society, as well as the overarching Federation of Socialist Societies.

Membership dues for the Society are set at the Annual General Meeting and are currently $40 per year.
