We look forward to welcoming you on the upcoming TEC weekend! Within this form you will find general information regarding start and end times for the retreat, the cost of the weekend, payment options, and items to bring.

The retreat takes place at Eagle's Wings Retreat Center (2805 Ranch Road 2341, Burnet, TX).

We will begin at 10:00 AM on the first day and end around 5:30 PM on the last day.

Please bring bedding (pillow and blankets/sleeping bag), toiletries, a bath towel, weather-appropriate clothing, and closed-toe shoes.

Once you have submitted the Retreatant Application, you will be presented with a link to the payment page for the retreat. Payments are processed via The Diocese of Austin.

The cost to attend the retreat is $125.00, which covers lodging, meals, and supplies. No retreat fee refunds are allowed due to applicant cancellation. However, refunds will be issued if the weekend is cancelled due to COVID-19. Payment plan options are available.

You will receive a call no later than one week prior to the retreat weekend to answer any questions and give you additional information.
