Better Breed Cameroon Volunteers Form
Better Breed Cameroon is a Cameroonian youth-led, youth development non-profit and apolitical association whose motto is “Breeding the change we need”. Its members advocate and work towards increased and better investment in Cameroon’s young people with the aim of enabling today's youth become better citizens and leaders for tomorrow’s Cameroon.
The association which was founded in 2013 is officially registered with the office of the Senior Divisional Officer of Fako Division under No.072/G.37/D14/Vol II/SAAJP, and operates from its seat in Buea.

The association is solely made up of young Cameroonians who regularly contribute in fractions of their income, time and ideas considering all this as their “tithe to society”. Its members believe in the adage that goes: “it is easier to rear a whole child that to fix a broken adult” and thus regard youth development and empowerment as the most sustainable development.

The association purports that rather than criticizing leaders of today, we would best ensure future development by focusing on raising a more conscious, civic-minded, capable, and skilled Cameroonian youth population set to lead and serve in future. This is what Better Breed Cameroon aims for in all its activities. To date, over 250 youths (and counting) have benefitted from a variety of Better Breed Cameroon’s projects ranging from mentoring projects, reading clubs, career counseling programs, web empowerment workshops, youth essay competitions, annual bursaries covering tuition for needy youth and more.
To join us one ought to be a young Cameroonian (35 and below except in special circumstances) interested in contributing towards sustainable development through youth work. You must be willing to contribute time, effort, ideas and money towards the realization of the association’s collective ideas for youth development and empowerment projects.
