<< NEW THIS YEAR>> This year, we're asking that all volunteers purchase their food donations during registration for the event so that we can have an accurate count of food donations.

Once you've purchased the food donations, please indicate which items you purchased below. You'll receive a copy of this completed form once registration is complete.

Our goal is to pack 200 boxes for 200 families and we appreciate your donations and generosity for families in our area experiencing food insecurity!
