To participate in the Marketplace, vendors will have to bring their own table(s) and chair(s). We are limited in the number of tables and chairs by what is available at the Festival location! Priority will go to display and activity booths.
Your items have to be ethnic and cultural in nature. On the date of the World Festival, you can arrive any time after 8:00 AM and the set up must be completed by 9.45 AM. RIA will assign you your designated space. The tear down can start any time after 3:00 pm. You are responsible for the income/taxes for the revenue collected at the World Festival.
