TO REGISTER FOR THE EVENT:- Fill out this form (PayPal invoice request form).
- One adult must register in order to register any youth, people 17 and under may not register themselves.
- A PayPal invoice will be emailed to you at the email address provided on this form. Invoices will be sent out every 2 days-please be patient. Please ensure that the email address provided is correct. This is the most likely error which will result in a delay of your invoice. If you have not received an invoice within 5 days, please contact the Kingdom Registration Deputy at epay@atenveldt.org.
- Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Keep a copy of your receipt.

Event reservations closes at 11:59 pm on 8/8/2025. All unpaid invoices will be cancelled on 8/9/2025.

Please contact the Autocrats directly for all RV and tent rental sites BEFORE submitting your registration request!! If you do not contact the Autocrats before registering, we cannot guarantee a spot for you
even if you paid for an RV or tent rental site during pre-registration. We appreciate your understanding and assistance in making this a smooth and enjoyable
experience for all participants! (WET RV IS FULL!)
REFUNDS: Refunds may be requested via email sent to the event exchequer and are subject to a $1 non-refundable charge. Refund requests must be received by 8/12/2025, they will be processed and mailed by check after the event.
