The Afro-Caribbean Food Bank provides food assistance to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity.

Confidentiality

Your personal information is confidential and used only for food assistance purposes. We do not share it without your consent, except as required by law.

Your Rights & Responsibilities

✔ Rights – You have the right to be treated with respect and dignity.
✔ Responsibilities – You must treat staff and volunteers with respect, provide accurate household information, use food safely, and follow our guidelines and distribution schedule.

Service Limitations

We offer supplemental food assistance and strive to accommodate dietary needs, but availability depends on donations.

Eligibility:

ACF follows the City of Edmonton's Fair Entry Program uses Statistics Canada's Low-Income Cut-Off (LICO) numbers to determine income thresholds for eligibility. These thresholds vary based on household size

Through a thorough, intentional collection of income and expenses, we can ensure that we’re providing food support to those experiencing food insecurity
