Chapkis Dance Studio Booking Request
Please fill out the form below to request a booking for one of our two studio rooms. 

Booking Rates (as of 9/15/25):
  • Small Room | 29 X 36 (1,037 Sq. Ft.) | General Public: $63/hr | Current enrolled students: $53/hr
  • Big Room | 39 X 51 (1,909 Sq. Ft.) | General Public $125/hr | Current enrolled students: $115/hr
  • Need to rent the space for a day or multi-days for your large scale event or production - please contact us at chapkisdance04@gmail.com.

Please note that set up and cleanup must be completed within your rental timeframe. We kindly ask that you leave on time to be considerate to other renters. Rates are calculated by the hour and are not prorated. Partial hours will be billed as full hours.

Additionally, it is your responsibility to return all furniture to its original location before leaving.

Terms & Conditions

  • Only water in a closed container is allowed; no food or other beverages permitted.
  • Payment is required at time of booking. For events, a 50% deposit is due upon booking and will be applied toward rental fee. Please contact us to discuss details for your specific needs.
  • Fees are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice. However, reservations may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the booked time.
  • We do not provide refunds for bookings, any booking purchase will stay on your account for future use if canceled 48 hours before the booking time by emailing chapkisdance04@gmail.com.
  • Studio booking credits expire 60 days after purchase.
  • Booking is subject to availability. We prioritize our classes for studio space. In case of scheduling conflict, we will make every effort to reschedule your booking or provide credit to put towards a future booking.
  • Overtime is charged at the full hourly rental rate, applied to every portion of an hour.
  • A late-night surcharge of $20 per hour will apply to bookings starting after 10pm.
  • Additional fees may apply to events such as non-hosted Chapkis classes, performances, or large gatherings.
  • Please maintain studio cleanliness, avoid touching or leaning on mirrors, and dispose of all trash.
  • Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises.
  • Please ensure all Thermostat units are OFF when you exit the studio to avoid a $25 fee.
  • Studio spaces must be left free of trash.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
