2026 Distance Camp Athlete Information Form  

Fill out this form to let us know if you plan to attend camp, as well as some other important information. 

  • Distance camp is July 27-31 at Clair Tappan Lodge near Donner Lake. 

  • The total cost is $425. 

  • $200 deposit due by May 31 and the remaining amount by June 30. (Note: Camp fills up quickly) 

  • Payment can be made two ways:  By check to the "Bella Vista Track and Cross Country Booster Club" and mailed to the Booster Club Treasurer: Amy Fear, 5164 Butterwood Cir, Orangevale, CA 95662. Or, by using the donate button at www.BVtrack.com. Specify the athlete name and that it is for summer camp. 

  • We need chaperones for the week and drivers for Monday and/or Friday to transport athletes and gear.
