Dear Teacher:

Thank you for your interest in applying for a scholarship to attend a CARLA Summer Institute through the annual Priority Teacher Professional Development Scholarship Scholarship Program. This program is designed to promote equity and access to affordable professional development for world language educators who are currently teaching at a Community College (CC), Minority Serving Institution (MSI), or Historically Black College/University (HBCU) in the United States and/or are currently teaching a Less Commonly Taught Language (LCTL) in the United States.

The deadline for the 2024 competition closed on March 15, 2024. Applications for the 2025 scholarship competition will open in January 2025.
