Fees are refundable up to 30 days prior to the festival however there will be a $25 processing fee.
NEW THIS YEARWe are only accepting vendor applications from vendors that HANDCRAFT their products or create original pieces of artwork. We are NOT accepting direct sell vendor applications. Questions regarding what is considered handcrafted can be emailed to the vendor coordinator at email@example.com.
Saturday afternoon from 11 AM - 4 PM will be a juried Artisan Market. During this time, the festival will be focused on shoppers looking for unique handcrafted items and food without the loud distractions from performances.
Vendors can choose to participate in the Saturday Artisan Market only, the festival only, or both. Please note that vendors are asked to stay till the end of the event before tearing down.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION• FireFish will review vendor applications for approval. Once approved, an invoice will be sent for payment. Vendor status is not considered confirmed until payment is received. • You must SUPPLY YOUR OWN TENT, tables, chairs, decorations, clean-up materials, lighting, and other necessary equipment. • We strongly recommend vendors be prepared for all weather situations. Heavy tent weights, tarps, and rope are highly recommended. Vendors are not permitted to drill into the road or sidewalk to secure their tent. • Festival vendors will receive 1 outlet plug for lights. Booth lighting will NOT be provided by the festival. The sun sets at 7 pm and lighting is strongly recommended to keep your items visible.
