There are only 50 seats available for each invited dress rehearsal, so make sure to reserve seats for only people you have CONFIRMED will attend.
Invited dress reservations must be submitted AT LEAST THREE HOURS BEFORE start time. Any requests submitted less than 3 hours before start time MAY NOT be honored.
Note if you have submitted this request LESS than 3 hours before start time, you must email Ian at email@example.com AND David at firstname.lastname@example.org to let them know you have submitted a late request. Ian and David will do what they can, but there is no guarantee.
Please only invite people to the dress rehearsals that will be forgiving and adventurous. Since we will be testing things out with these audiences for the first time, this probably isn't a good fit for theater novices.
Please tell the people you are inviting, to enter stage 2 through the rear Harris Center lobby doors (those closest to stage 2). The main lobby doors will not be open because there will be no House Management or usher staff for these invited rehearsals. Please ask your guests to arrive by 7:15pm. We hope to start the run at 7:30pm.
Please create a separate reservation for each person you are inviting. Reservations are honored in order they were made, so create your requests ASAP before all 50 seats have been reserved. Once we reach 50 reservations for a night, we will close the requests for that rehearsal.
