To activate an ASL Interpreter or Real Time Captioning accommodation for your classroom (i.e. online/in-person lecture and/or lab), complete and submit this form.

You must be approved for an ASL Interpreter or Real Time Captioning accommodation before you complete this form. You may review your Authorized Academic Accommodations (AAA) letter for a list of your approved accommodations. If you are not approved and would like to request a change to your accommodations, schedule an appointment with an A.R.C. Counselor/Specialist.
