HOW Charities is proud to introduce a new grant program as part of our ongoing mission to empower underserved families through homeownership.

GRANT DETAILS:
Amount: $5,000 per recipient

ELIGIBILITY:

• Must be a first-time homebuyer currently in the purchase process
• Must have at least one child under the age of 18 living in the home

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:

• Signed Sale Agreement
• Confirmed Closing Date
• Completed Grant Application

APPROVED USES:
• Moving expenses
• Furniture
• Utilities
• Other related homeownership costs

INCOME ELIGIBILITY GUIDELINES:
To qualify, the applicant’s annual household income must not exceed the limits below
• 1 person: $80,300
• 2 people: $91,800
• 3 people: $103,250
• 4 people: $114,700
• Add $9,150 for each additional person in the household
