Fall Exam Sign Out 2024
Please complete the following form by:
  • 7:45 AM on Tuesday December 17th if your student does not have a PM CTE exam
  • 7:45 AM on Wednesday December 18th if your student does not have a PM CTE exam
  • 7:45 AM on Thursday December 19th if your student does not have a PM CTE exam    
The forms will automatically stop accepting responses at 8:00 AM each test day. Any parent wishing to sign their student out after this time must do so by handwritten note or must come into the building to sign their student out. No phone calls or texts will be accepted to release students. Students will be released once ALL AM testing is completed.  Students will be dismissed through student entrance/exit doors.
