Registration is complete once you have completed and submitted this form and we have received your payment of $550 tuition for the whole school year.

Tuition balance is due by or on the first day of school.
We do not accept credit cards. Cash, check, or e-check payment only.
Our Adult class takes place from 12:30 to 1:30pm for 30 Saturdays, beginning September 9, 2017 until May 12th, 2018 on the campus of ALTO International School at 475 Pope Street, Menlo Park 94025.
