2016 Thompson Station Community Garden Questionnaire
These questions are to identify if 2015 participants want to participate in 2016, add new participants to the spreadsheet, and to make sure we have the most up to date information. 2015 Participants must complete this form by March 15, 2016 to receive the same plot as last year. The Thompson Station Community Garden is an organic garden and members must utilize organic gardening techniques. Garden members must volunteer to a minimum of 1 organized event of the upkeep of the community garden (not including their own plot).

How many plots do you want in 2016? *
New members are recommended to get half a plot (partial).
Do you want the same general plot location(s)? *
This form must be completed by March 15, 2016 for past 2015 participants. We will try our best to have the same plots areas and this is not a guarantee. The design might change depending on configuration evaluation after first tilling of the soil.
Have you paid for your plot fee and deposit for each plot?
Each plot costs $25 plus $25 deposit fee. Deposits will be given back after garden cleanup in late fall and plots maintained throughout the year. Partial plots are $15 plus $15 deposit.
Are you rolling over last year's deposit for your plot/deposit fees in 2016? *
Last year's gardeners are able to rollover deposit from 2015 if they cleaned their garden plot in 2015.
Have you signed the 2016 community garden waiver? *
All gardeners must sign community garden waiver and send to Town Hall.

Would you like to be involved in the garden committee?
I agree to participate in a minimum of 1 volunteer event (i.e. staking plots, hose inspections, burying irrigation lines, maintenance, clean up, etc) in 2016. *
