The cost for vendor / exhibit space is $50.00 per table space. This fee is to cover the cost of table rentals and operating costs for this event. If your organization is a four-issue advertiser in the DMEA Notes (the official publication of the Delaware Music Educators Association), provides a session(s) or clinician for this conference AND/OR provides a service or operating donation for this conference, the table rental fee may be waived at the discretion of the exhibit coordinator. Please contact me (firstname.lastname@example.org) before submitting your contract for approval should your organization meet the waived fee criteria.
We are also asking each vendor/exhibitor to provide a door prize(s) of approximately $25.00 to $35.00 in value for our end of the day give-away! Anything you can offer for this would be greatly appreciated!

Description of Exhibitor Space:• DMEA will providing one (1) 8-foot by 2 ½ foot table and two (2) chairs for each exhibitor space. All skirting, coverings, decorations, etc., are the responsibility of the Exhibitor. • Electricity will be available. Should an Exhibitor need power, the Exhibitor must provide any extension chords necessary to run from the power source to the main area.• While table areas are assigned based on the order contracts are received, the Delaware Music Educators, their Executive Board, and the respective event chairperson have the final word in matters of each exhibitor’s location in the exhibition area due to power outlet needs, etc. We will try to accommodate requests, but can make no guarantees of placement. • The DMEA plans to provide time during the conference where no other events are scheduled so that the participants may visit the exhibits and interact with the Exhibitors.• Any special needs / requests you may have should be indicated below. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but cannot guarantee all requests can be met.• All groups must set-up between 6:45 am and 8:00 am on October 6, and be cleaned up by 5:00 pm on that day.
