This adoption application is for both cats and dogs available from Friends of the Shelter Foundation (FSF).

Information on Petfinder or the website is updated as quickly as possible once a pet is available or adopted. If you're interested in adopting more than one pet, make sure to list them when identifying the pets name or description in the "Adopt A Pet" section of the application.

Fields marked with an asterisk "*" are required. Failure to provide valid information in these fields, will result in your application being declined automatically.
