Before sending us your inquiry, please confirm you are aware of the following features of our space and what we can provide. *

Hopewell Theater (HT) does not provide event planning or coordination services.

HT does not provide in-house catering. I must obtain my own caterer if I need food and beverage services.

HT does not provide a room dedicated to wedding or conference-hall table seating. Theater capacity is 180, with various seating types, half of which are not table seating (i.e theater seats mixed with cabaret table seating and banquette table seating).

HT does not provide free or sliding scale fee practice or performance space. Hopewell Theater is a for-profit venue with state of the art facilities and equipment available for rent at market rates.

To hold my event at HT, I must provide a certificate of insurance.

If serving liquor, I or my licensed caterer must have liquor liability insurance and a State of NJ special event permit to serve.
