Keyboard Group Lesson Registration
WELCOME! Please read the following information carefully:

- Time: Saturday 11AM-11:45AM or Tuesday 6:30PM-7:15PM
- Date:  Saturday 3/19-5/14 (4/30 skip) or Tuesday 3/15-5/10 (3/29 skip)
- Duration: 8 weeks. 45 Minutes weekly.
- Tuition: $280 (materials included)
- Location: 130 Park Boulevard Millbrae

Please read the following Group Lesson Policy:
🔺 Recording, including audio and video is not permitted during the class unless specified otherwise
🔺 No make-up or credit for any missed group classes. This includes no proration on your tuition.
🔺 One parent is required to sit in for the lessons
🔺 Da Capo Music School reserves the right to modify, cancel and limit any course.

Refund
- We offer a refund only after attending the first lesson. No refund will be offered afterwards.
- Students are responsible to bring the materials to class.
