The Philippine Educational Measurement and Evaluation Association (PEMEA) is pleased to invite you and your colleagues to its Continuing Professional Development Program (CPDP) on Conducting Studies on Test and Scale Development.  This will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2020, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM at St. Paul University Quezon City, Aurora Blvd cor. Gilmore Ave., Quezon City.

This CPDP focuses on the research process involved when developing tests and scales.  At the end of the session, participants are expected to propose an outline of a research plan for developing a test or scale that may be used to measure a specific skill, attitude, or trait.  This CPDP will be useful for psychometricians, test developers, and researchers who are designing their own data-gathering instruments.

The registration fee (inclusive of handouts, lunch and snacks) is Php1,500.   Participants may pay the registration fee through bank deposit:
