2022-23 After School Care Enrollment
Under the supervision of a lay staff, anyone desiring a resourceful environment for homework and activities is welcome to take part in the school’s After School Care Program which is held in the cafeteria. The program is limited to students under the age of 9. The cost to participate in the program is $380.00 a month regardless of the number of days in the month and/or the number of days the student attends. There is a $50.00 registration fee per student per school year.
The hours are from after school to 5:30 pm on school days – except on the day before the Christmas/winter break, on the day before the Easter/spring break, and on the last day of the academic school year. Students not picked up within 15 minutes after the school’s dismissal bell (including early dismissals) will be sent to After School Care and will be charged a $13.00 an hour drop-in fee. Students picked up after 5:30 pm will be charged an extra $5.00 for every 15 minutes or part thereof, payable at the time of pickup in the Convent at 632 Filbert Street.
Registration and payment before the school year begins in August cover student participation in the program for August and September. The payment for the month of May covers participation in the program for the school days in June.
Please fill out the lower portion of this letter and return it with September’s payment to the school office by August 15, 2022. This ensures your child will be enrolled in the program and entitles your child to participate in the month of August, when school starts, at no additional cost. All checks are to be made payable to Saints Peter and Paul School. The memo area on the check should have the student’s name, grade, and the month for which you are paying.
Payment is due the first of each month. The payment is delinquent after the fifth day of the month. There is a $25.00 fee per month for late payments. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!
