Belnorth Refund Request Form 2021
A $20 administrative fee will apply to those that graded and/or participated in pre-season activities (training/preseason games). Refunds once the season has begun (including preseason grading rounds) will be subject to further deductions from the refund amount.

No refunds will be granted purely on the basis of a verbal conversation.

Prior to the processing of refunds, please put in a de-registration request via Play Football https://www.playfootball.com.au/.

Please note that all requests for refunds are to be ratified at the Executive Committee meeting held monthly, so depending on the timing of the request this may take up to a month to process.
