2017-2018 Sunday Church School Registration Form
Welcome to the Ascension of Our Lord Sunday Church School! Our program offers the following classes: Pre-K (must be 4 years old by 9/1/2017), Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th-8th grade classes. The Sunday School Program begins at 9:15 a.m. and concludes during coffee hour at approximately 11:15 a.m. The first day of Sunday Church School is Sunday, September 17, 2017. A detailed calendar for the 2017-2018 is available on the church's website at www.ascensiongoc.com.

Please use this online registration form to register your child(ren) for the 2017-2018 school year. If you have multiple children to register, a separate sign up will be required for each child. Please fill in all applicable information. Once you have completed the form, click "submit" only once, then start a new form if you have more children.

Since we are not capable of accepting online payments, please remit your payments to the church office via mail or in person. Please enclose a copy of your completed registration along with your check made payable to Ascension of Our Lord and "Sunday School Registration Fee" written in the memo line, to the church office,1207 N. Riverwoods Road, Lincolnshire, IL 60069. Registration Fees are as follows: $45/child (Stewards) and $100/child (Non-Stewards). Payments are due on or before the first day of class. If you would like to become a Steward of the Ascension of Our Lord, please contact the office at (847) 482-1200 for more information.

Sunday School Classes for Pre-K through 3rd grade begin at 9:15a.m. in your child's designated classroom, so please have your children seated in their classrooms by this time. These grades begin with lessons in the classroom followed by attendance and participation in the Divine Liturgy as a class at approximately 10:15 a.m. Grades 4 through 8 begin their lesson in the Church attending and participating in Divine Liturgy as a class at 9:30 a.m. Following the administration of Holy Communion, these students are dismissed to their designated classroom for a lesson. Please remember that having your children attend classes regularly and promptly enhance the teaching environment for all the students in the class.

Open house is on Sunday, October 1, 2017.
