A union peacekeeper or marshal role often requires some physical activity, like jogging along a march or standing for a few hours, and patience to be able to deescalate and keep calm in stressful situations. We take this work and this role seriously, which means everyone needs to get trained, understand safety protocols, and the values behind this work.
