RK&K is working with the Maryland Historical Trust to document Asian American communities in Maryland, focusing on the Baltimore metropolitan area and the Washington, DC, suburbs and we need your help! What places related to Asian American history are important to you? Places to think about could be spaces for worship; cemeteries; public, private, or religiously affiliated schools; businesses like restaurants, laundries, and groceries; business, fraternal, or social association buildings; or any other special place to the community. Places can be associated with any Asian American or Pacific Islander group, including, but not limited to, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, and Filipino Americans.
