Breakaway - Lindy Hop Team Application
Welcome to our Lindy Hop Student Audition Form! Please take a moment to provide us with some information about yourself and your dance journey! We are excited to learn more about you and your passion for Lindy Hop! 

Auditions will be held at the Breakaway on May 23 from 8-9pm. 

Rehearsals will take place from 8-9:15pm on Thursday nights in June and July. Optional rehearsals in August on Thursdays from 7-8:15pm for those who will be performing at Camp Hollywood. Additional local performances may be added throughout the month of August.
