Proposal Submission Process
• Please fill out the Google form below.
• All submissions will be reviewed by the Program Committee and assigned a Program Committee lead contact.
• Program leads will notify you if your submission has been accepted, or reach out with follow-up questions, within (4) weeks of submission.
• Program leads will work with approved presenters to coordinate panels that bring presenters with shared interests together. These interests will align with key thematic tracks.
• NOTE: We kindly request that only 1 person submits for established panels/sessions with multiple presenters.
