Please submit your proposal by November 3, 2025. See the SWCA website for full CFP and further details: https://southeasternwritingcenter.wildapricot.org/conference. Thank you for your interest in the annual conference of the Southeastern Writing Center Association.

Please note: If your proposal was accepted last year, and you intend to present the same information, then your proposal will be automatically accepted this year, but you do need to complete this form. Please complete the appropriate boxes below and type “same as last year” for the "Abstract" and "Proposal" submissions.

However, you must complete the "Abstract" and "Proposal" if you are submitting a new proposal. Any “new proposal” will be subject to the standard evaluation and acceptance/rejection process. In other words, a new proposal is “new” and therefore does not get automatic acceptance even if submitted by someone whose proposal was accepted last year.
