Implicit Bias Training Request & Partnership Agreement
Building a Thriving Compassionate Community (BTCC) is a network of organizations and individuals collaborating to provide training, build relationships, and promote actionable change to address the root causes of social problems in Monroe County. We represent a diverse group of local stakeholders working to create a safer, more stable, and nurturing community.
Within BTCC, the Implicit Bias Community of Practice is a cohort of trainers partnering with institutions dedicated to mitigating implicit bias. All training requests are reviewed at monthly Community of Practice meetings.

This Training Request and Partnership Agreement has three portions, the purpose of which are to:
Gather required information for training requests.
Help build organizational & community context for BTCC's Implicit Bias community of practice, so that our trainers can better meet the needs of training participants.
Clearly delineate the roles and responsibilities of BTCC and training participants. This is not a legally binding agreement. We hope the document grounds all parties in shared expectations and accountability.
