Implicit Bias Training Request &       Partnership Agreement
Building a Thriving Compassionate Community (BTCC) is a network of organizations and individuals collaborating to provide training, build relationships, and promote actionable change to address the root causes of social problems in Monroe County. We represent a diverse group of local stakeholders working to create a safer, more stable, and nurturing community.

Within BTCC, the Implicit Bias Community of Practice is a cohort of trainers partnering with institutions dedicated to mitigating implicit bias. All training requests are reviewed at monthly Community of Practice meetings.

Training request responses can be expected within 1 month of submission.
