Thank you so much for applying to be a part of this friendship program! We hope this will be a rewarding experience as you engage in intentional friendship with elder folks living in the Newberg area. We are envisioning a two way street where people of different ages are able to come together, spend quality time with conversations together, journey through life, learn from, and bless each other.

Through your answers to this application, we will try to pair you with someone who matches you and your interests, vision, and schedule well.

Everyone will meet their partners for a fun rendezvous on Thursday, February 20th from 6-7:30 PM. From there, meetings will run approximately 8 weeks, ending the week of April 13th with another large group celebration on Thursday the 16th from 6-7 PM. We ask that you commit to meeting with your new friend for 1 hour once a week at a time that fits both of your schedules.
