Transitioning to sustainable diets
This quick survey aims to understand where the knowledge/research gaps are that we need to address in order to transition towards more sustainable diets. "Sustainable diets" here are defined using the FAO definition as those diets with low environmental impacts which contribute to food and nutrition security and to healthy life for present and future generations.
