Thank you for your interest in participating in the HoopWave Basketball Showcase Vendor Village & Resource Row! This premiere student athletic event draws 500+ attendees each year. This is an incredible opportunity to reach members of our community with your business and resources!

Please complete the form below to participate in this event. All participating vendors are required to pay the event fee as a contribution to the event operations. Thank you.

Application Schedule:

  • Weaver High School, Field House (in-door setup)
  • Friday, Nov 11: 11am - 7pm
  • Setup Begins at 9:30am
  • Vendors responsible for bringing their own setup (tables, chairs, etc)
