Bring either kegged or bottled/canned beer from your brewery, or have it shipped from a participating distributor, and let the craft brew enthusiasts discover their next favorite. If needed, we can provide volunteers to help pour and give breaks. Beaver Dam LOVES BEER, and we are an emerging craft-brew market and have a new micro-brewery in town to thank for the upsurge. Sign up early as we will be limiting the number of breweries with priority going to those who have a representative on site.
If you would like to participate as a brewery at the Taste of Wisconsin™ please review the terms/requirements below and complete the reservation form:
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BREWERY
Brewery will set up their tent and table(s) between 10:00 am and 11:45 am (we do have limited tents first-come, first-serve)
Brewery will continuously man their table from Noon to 4:00 pm
Brewery will provide a minimum of either 3 different varieties of sixth barrels beer or 3-4 different varieties of bottled/canned beer from their brewery for tasting
Brewery is responsible for bringing draft equipment if serving from kegs.
Brewery will provide one item, valued at a minimum of $15.00, to be included in the Chamber’s raffle at the event
Options
Brewery can bring additional signage/promotional displays or items to sell, branded tent & literature
Brewery can provide novelty items for the public
Brewery can conduct promotions/collect attendee information for their own marketing purposes
WE'VE GOT YOUR BACK... BEAVER DAM AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Chamber will provide reserved parking and easy in and out set up...seriously it's like 30 yards away!
Chamber will promote breweries with marketing for the event - Send us a video to post saying you are coming.
Chamber will provide a table, refrigerated trailer for storage, ice filled trays and signage for each brewery
Chamber will provide “floater” volunteers to allow brewery representatives breaks during the event upon request
Chamber will cover costs UP TO $200 for each brewery participant with a representative present - Please invoice us prior to the event and we will have your check ready!
