Video-Conferencing - Opt out
Video-conferencing tools, such as Google Meet, are tools available to our staff while we support learning remotely.
There are many possible uses of video-conferencing tools in the classroom, including delivery of lessons, office hours for individual support, and class meetings or check ins. All uses are intended to keep students connected to their teachers and their learning.
Regardless of the use, staff will not be recording student voices or images.
The following form provides families the option to opt out of participating in video-conferencing meetings.
Opting out means your students will NOT be able to:
-Join live lessons
-Participate in class meetings or check ins
-Participate in office hours for individual support
Even if families opt out of participating, they can still view links to recorded lessons once those links are posted.
Please submit a separate entry for each individual student.
