6/8/23 NC <-> DC Van for Biden, #StopMVP Now! Rally
7 Directions of Service (7DS) and our frontline partners against the Mountain Valley Pipeline (VA, West VA, Rockingham and Alamance Counties, NC) are in an urgent situation, and we are asking for your help. The backroom debt ceiling deal, known as the “Fiscal Responsibility Act" has now fast-tracked completion of the Mountain Valley Pipeline by greenlighting all of the pipeline's authorizations and removing judicial review.

It’s time to demand Biden #StopMVP for good, and stand in solidarity with the frontline communities that corrupt representatives are sacrificing. Join us on June 8th at 2 pm in front of the White House.

PLEASE NOTE: The rally will feature powerful frontline speakers and musical acts, and will conclude with a CLEARLY DESIGNATED opportunity to risk arrest. We *DO NOT* expect anyone to risk arrest, and there will be clearly designated zones for those who *DO NOT* wish to risk arrest but desire to be present. Being present at a distance and holding space for those who are risking arrest is an important act of solidarity.

If you are willing to risk arrest, please fill out your interest in the RSVP. Our partners who are coordinating the arrestable action will be providing clear and explicit instructions to ensure everything runs smoothly. If you choose to risk arrest, we thank you, *AND* 7DS will not be responsible if you miss your return van as a result.

We'll be in touch with everyone asap to confirm attendance and details about departure location and time. Please keep an eye on your email and phone for follow up.
