Automotive Repair Certification Course Interest
Our courses are taught by Pam Oakes of US Auto Training, and prepare students ages 16 and up to earn their ASE G1 certification and other certifications for well paying jobs in the automotive industry. Class fees vary ($40-$80) but may be refundable for certification test prep courses upon completion of coursework for those in the University area (request waiver by writing to Terri @ FFCDI.org - proof of residency/income required), thanks to sponsorship support of AMROC Fab Lab workforce initiatives serving the University Area community.
Classes are offered both online and in person, depending on the number of students registered. Sessions are held several times a year. In 2021, ASE G1 training will begin in January. Other course dates will be announced soon.
Here are just a few of the benefits of being ASE/HVAC certified:
*Higher wage, larger paychecks
*In demand and more employable
*Improved career opportunities
*Certifications are your professional credentials
All AMRoC Fab Lab COVID-19 Health and Safety Policies apply. Masks must be worn for all onsite programming.
