Historically, the district has distributed a hard copy Letter of Intent form to all certified employees as part of the budget preparation process and staffing plan for the district's annual budget. This year the district is using a Google Form to electronically survey certified employees holding certificates/licenses issued by the Georgia Professional Standards Commission and all classified employees.
If you have a district email address, you are receiving the Letter of Intent form as a LCS Announce email. This method will notify a large percentage of employees (certified, clerical, administrative, paraprofessionals and support personnel). We realize that some classified employees may not have immediate access to a personal computer or have a district or personal email address and will not receive the LCS Announce email. These employees may need to request assistance from their school administration, director/coordinator, manager, office staff, media specialist or technology paraprofessional to access the electronic form.
Accessing the Letter of Intent Form Employees can access the form on the district's home page under Staff Link. The "Intent Form" is the first link. Employees will be able to complete and submit the Letter of Intent form at this site. The only requirement for completing the Letter of Intent form is the entry of a valid email address. The reason of entering an email address is to allow the employee to receive a copy of the completed form if he or she so desires. If the employee does not have a district or personal email address, the employee assisting with the survey should enter his/her district email address.
