    Your responsibilities as a feral cat caretaker

    For Residents of Baltimore City: Under Baltimore City's feral cat animal control law, Baltimore City residents who are feral cat caretakers are obligated to act in accordance with the best practices standard of TNR as written into the law and regulations, including among others, those key practices listed below. By registering with CCMD and checking the below listed key TNR practices, you are confirming that you are aware of your obligations under the City's TNR animal control law for feral cat care to comply with these practices. For Non-Residents of Baltimore City: Feral cat caretakers in other parts of Maryland who register with CCMD are encouraged to familiarize yourselves with the best practices of TNR and act in accordance with the key TNR practices, as listed below. By registering with CCMD and checking the below listed TNR practices, you are confirming that you are aware of these best practice TNR standards and seek to act minimally in accordance with these practices.
