Arrepentimiento de Compra

Usted tiene el derecho a cancelar la reserva dentro de 10 días hábiles sin necesidad de justificación (“derecho de desistimiento”). El plazo de desistimiento expirará a los 10 días hábiles del día que el Cliente haya confirmado la reserva en nuestro sitio web. En caso de ejercer el derecho de desistimiento, y el servicio no haya comenzado a prestarse, se le devolverá íntegramente el importe pagado. El reembolso se hará con el mismo método de pago que empleó el Cliente para realizar la transacción inicial de la compra. El ejercicio del derecho de desistimiento no implicará gasto alguno para el consumidor.

Cancellation Form

You have the right to cancel your reservation within 10 business days without the need for justification (“right of withdrawal”). The withdrawal period will expire 10 business days after the date on which the Customer confirmed the reservation on our website. If you exercise your right of withdrawal and the service has not yet begun, the full amount paid will be refunded. The refund will be made using the same payment method the Customer used for the initial transaction. Exercising the right of withdrawal will not entail any cost to the consumer.
