TSU Points of Pride/Rising Stars Nomination Form
Tennessee State University alumni are making a difference across the Nashville area and all over the world. TSU graduates produce influential thought, work and service as practitioners and professionals in every field of human endeavor. In an effort to both honor and extend the University’s alumni legacy of achievement, TSU is launching an informative and interactive way to learn more about the work and service of our alumni.

We are seeking your nomination of outstanding Tennessee State University alumni and current students who will be profiled on the new TSU Points of Pride website. Ideal nominees will represent a wide range of career sectors and community involvement, and have demonstrated excellence in the following areas:

Criteria for Points of Pride Inclusion
- TSU graduate or former student
- Emerging leader in one's field
- Unsung alumni
- Universally recognized success in one’s given field
- Evidence of positive impact on the TSU brand and community
- Commitment to distinctive and dynamic career success and service
- Demonstrated financial commitment to TSU (First Time Donors, Consistent Donors, Leadership Donors)

Criteria for Rising Stars inclusion:
- Sophomore, Junior, Senior or Graduate student
- Demonstrated academic excellence, creativity and innovation
- Evidence of positive campus and community involvement
