MASL SC Registration - Attendees & Exhibitors
Please complete the below form to submit your request for your MASL 2020 Spring Conference registration fees.
Please note that all requests regarding your registration fees, whether transferring or refunding, must be submitted via this Google Form by May 1. Requests will not be accepted via phone or email. If a response is not received by May 1, MASL will keep your registration fee as a donation to the association.
We are working to process refunds in the order in which they were received and in batches rather than individually for efficiency. We appreciate your patience as we work through this process.
