Strides for Spectrum Fun Run & Carnival events are fundraisers for Spectrum Academy, a charter school for students with autism.

Participant/Volunteer Waivers:
In consideration of you accepting this entry, I, the participant, intending to be legally bound and hereby waive or release any and all rights and claims for damages or injuries that I may have against the Event Director, Pleasant Grove City, doTERRA International, LLC, Elevate Roofing - Bounce Houses, Spectrum Academy, and all of their agents assisting with the event including, sponsors and their representatives and employees for any and all injuries to me or my personal property. This release includes all injuries and/or damages suffered by me before, during or after the event. I recognize, intend and understand that this release is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, or assignees. I also authorize the use of photographs or videos that include my image for promotional, informational, or other reasons deemed to be in the best interest of the event.

COVID-19 Info: In areas where it is difficult to practice social distancing, please wear a mask if you are not fully vaccinated. ALL participants and volunteers MUST be registered to assist with contact tracing if needed. 

Bounce House Participants: NO: Shoes, eyeglasses, jewelry, or other sharp objects. NO: Somersaults, diving, wrestling, rough play or flips. Do NOT go down headfirst. NO: Food, drinks, gum, pets or silly string. Individuals who may be particularly susceptible to injury from falls, bumps, or bouncing should not use this product.
