This form must be submitted by Sunday, March 8th in order to attend.

Cancellations must be made by Sunday, March 8th.

Please contact Mr. Stoudt (pstoudt@blachly.k12.or.us) as soon as possible if you have questions or need to cancel any time after registering.

One adult chaperone is required per family; any additional siblings or guests besides the enrolled student(s) cannot be covered with allotment funds.

You are responsible for your own transportation to and from Tillamook Forest Center. Mileage reimbursement forms will be provided at arrival upon request.

Cost:

$5 per student

$5 per Chaperone $5 per extra sibling(s)

***Please ensure you have enough funds in your allotment to cover the cost of this trip! If you do not but still want to attend, you are required to bring money with you the day of the trip in order to attend.***

Experience Includes:

Inside the Center, engage with hands-on exhibits that explore the past, present, and future of the Tillamook State Forest through artifacts, personal stories, photos, film, games, hands-on models, computer simulations, interpreter-led programs, and other innovative media. Don't miss the award-winning film "Legacy of Fire," which provides a powerful, sensory journey through the history of the Tillamook Burn.
Outdoors, the forest comes alive as you explore themed interpretive trails, salmon watching viewpoints, the Wilson River, a 40-foot tall fire lookout tower with a stunning view of the forest canopy, and a 250-foot suspension bridge over the Wilson River.

***Please bring a lunch or plan to eat on your own. From Tillamook Forest Center: "We invite you to bring a picnic and enjoy the scenic views of the Wilson River. However, we kindly request that you keep food and drinks out of the exhibit gallery. There are also many restaurants and stores offering food services just a short 20-minute drive away from the Tillamook Forest Center. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!"***
